Ken Pecus grew up in Coronado and San Diego and graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in electrical engineering, which he applied back home as a civilian engineering project manager on Naval Aviation Depot North Island. Now celebrating thirty years in area real estate, Ken provides ongoing training to other residential agents with an emphasis on serving clients’ needs with both expertise and heart.

Ken has long specialized in representing sellers and buyers in Coronado and Metro San Diego neighborhoods (including University Heights and Hillcrest), with extensive experience throughout the region. From single-family homes to multi-unit and commercial apartment buildings, Ken supports his clients with thorough market knowledge and cast-iron negotiation skills, and has a talent for finding ways to close challenging sales.

The completion of Msix follows on the heels of his latest successful Metro San Diego project “5 on Kansas”, a five unit row home project that enjoyed a rapid sellout.

Ty has years of experience in ground-up multi-family development, residential remodeling including award winning historic preservations, commercial tenant improvements and multiple restaurant build-outs. The entire TyCo Development team is comprised of dependable and professional sub contractors with long-standing relationships, all dedicated to providing quality work they can proudly stand behind.
